Electroplated Diamond/CBN products are made of a single layer or multi-layers (depending on application) of either diamond or CBN particle that are attached to the tool surface. Comparing with traditional abrasive
wheels, it has lots of advantages: longer life, no dusts, no loss of wheel diameter, cooling grind, complex shapes, suitable for profiling and forming grinding, No need dressing and many others. They are therefore broadly applied in Lapiday polishing, Gemstone polishing, Marble and stone polishing, Glass polishing, Woodworking tool sharpening, Metalworking tool sharpening, Ceramic grinding, Hardened steel grinding and many other industries. So electroplated diamond/CBN products are taking the place of traditional abrasive wheels gradually in many industries.
